    This is my tire store for life! While I have always had good service at this location, my experience last week was outstanding. I went in with what I thought was a flat tire but after inspecting all of them, the Kal Tire tech found it didn't have a leak but one of my other tires had a screw in the wall of it and had to be replaced by a brand they didn't carry. Since my tires had 70,000 km on them, I thought I had to get a whole new set. Twice I mentioned this but both techs I talked to told me my other 3 tires were in good shape and I really only needed to buy one tire right now and that they would find a match for me from another dealer and bring it in the next day. They wouldn't let me drive home on the tire with the screw in it and insisted on putting on my spare so I would "...get home safely." I already had a great opinion of Kale Tire after buying tires for my student daughter's car. Soon after, she was outside of a small town in the BC Interior and got a flat but there was a Kal Tire store. They replaced her tire for free and got her safely back on the road. I will always be a Kal Tire customer - thank you for keeping my family safe!

    Woke up to a flat tire today and came down to get it fixed and the guy at the counter told me he wasn't charging for personal vehicles today.. my mind is blown away..it's very rare to find a company that will show such a act of kindness .. I will make sure to pass on the good gesture and the good word. Thank you Kal tire port Kells

    quick service, check the price on thier website though since store and site got different pricing - they will take the cheaper one
